To the Ford Family: I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I worked with Lawrence some 24 years ago at the paper in Cynthiana, at which time I met Dr. & Mrs. Ford, and just loved visiting with them every chance I got. I will keep your family in my prayers.

I'm sure Rusty doesn't remember me but I worked for Woodford Equine and Lakland Farm in Versailles and had many dealings with him regarding shipping/receiving of horses. I now work for a lady that Dr Ford was on the FNB Board with or would not have known of his passing or that he was Rusty's father. I just wanted to express my sympathy and to let you know that I will pray for your strength and guidance in this time of sorrow.

During the short time that I knew Dr. Ford while working at FNB as he was serving on the Board has been a very pleasant experience. His presence at the bank will be missed.

Ed became my friend in 2003 when I joined the Midwest Low Level Nuclear Compact. His kindness and intelligence were always present in all he did. My family was so fortunate to spend a day at Keeneland with Ed this past April. In knowing Dr. Ford, the pleasure and privilege were all mine. God bless.
